Schedule of the tour
DAY 1: Benvenuti in Puglia!
Arrival at Bari / Brindisi airport, transfer to Antica Masseria 4 star, transfer on your own or by a car rental (if requested – upon supplement). Day free to relax at Antica Masseria.
DAY 2: Murgia
Breakfast and leaving for Bassa Murgia, homeland of Mozzarella and of Primitivo Wine.
Visit of a a masseria/countryhouse that produces salami and cheeses, then visit to a local cellar for tasting Primitivo Wine of Gioia del Colle and light lunch.
DAY 3: Alta Murgia – Matera
Breakfast and leaving for Alta Murgia, homeland of the hard semolina grain bread. During the morning, visit to a bakery in Altamura to taste the local bread and other cooked in the oven products.
Then we will go to Matera to visit it. Matera is an UNESCO Heritage, known all over the world for its Sassi.
DAY 4: Bisceglie
Breakfast and leaving to Bisceglie to visit and ancient and well know oil mill. Olive oil tasting and light lunch in the restaurant located in the garden. Transfer to Bari/Brindisi Airport. Release of the car (if requested). End of our services.
